Items must be unworn and with original tags. We reserve the right to refuse or to give partial refunds based upon the condition of the item. All sale items, intimate apparel and bathing suits are final sale.

Occasionally, a damaged or flawed item may slip through our inspection process. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email it to us at customerservice@tranceboutique.com. 

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for replacement of the item or to determine another mutually acceptable solution.
